- 1. New application for Sarjan Group membership will be accepted with advance payment through FPS on ilovesarjan@gmail.com and with minimum two references from existing group members who are active members for three years or more.
- 2. Membership will be subject to final approval by Sarjan Committee with a simple majority of 51%. Membership fees must be fully paid through Cheque submitted along with the application.
- 3. Every membership is individual and assigned to the individual applicant. Sarjan Membership should not be considered as corporate membership, and membership is transferable only subject to the rules of transfer.
- 4. Founder members (Total of 29 members) will be given priority in all sports events organized by the group. New member participation will be at the discretion of the core committee or the respective sports committee.
- 5. A founder member will permanently lose their title and privileges if they leave the group. This cannot be restored, even if they join again later.
- 6. Children below the age of 21 years will be considered dependent and can enjoy Sarjan events as family members, subject to event guidelines. The Event Director will have the final say on age limits and eligibility.
- 7. Children of members who turn 21 by the end of the calendar year can become Heritage Members by paying the renewal charges:
- A. Married member children must pay the full yearly renewal fee.
- B. Unmarried member children pay 50% of the yearly renewal fee (single parents must pay the full fee).
This membership will be subject to the same renewal charges as other members.
- 8. Parents of Heritage members cannot participate in Sarjan activities or events. Heritage membership cannot be transferred, and children of Heritage members must apply for a new membership at full fee.
- 9. Family members (spouse, children under 21) can attend Sarjan events without a fee. Other relationships will be considered as guests and will be subject to guest rules. Parents of members or spouses may attend at a discounted rate, subject to availability.
- 10. Parents and in-laws of members can attend events by paying a discounted guest fee, subject to event guidelines. The Event Director will make the final decision regarding fees and attendance.
- 11. Members are responsible for the behavior of their family and guests at Sarjan events. Any damages caused by a member or their family will be the member’s responsibility, and they will be liable for full costs or penalties.
- 12. Any misconduct or anti-Sarjan activities during events will result in a penalty of 3 months suspension, in addition to any financial penalties.
- 13. Membership will be terminated without notice if:
- A. Membership renewal is not completed by the deadline each year.
- B. Dues are pending for over a year.
- C. The member harms the group's reputation or engages in anti-group activities.
- D. The member spreads rumors or causes nuisance during Sarjan events.
- 14. Any photos or videos taken during Sarjan events are the property of Sarjan Group. Sarjan reserves the right to use or share this material as needed.
- 15. Membership, transfer, and renewal fees will be decided periodically by the Core Committee.
- 16. Members are bound by the decisions and guidelines set by the Committee. Non-adherence may result in financial penalties or suspension of membership.
- 17. The Committee has the right to design the yearly calendar and may modify, cancel, or suspend any event as needed.
Important Note: By renewing membership, the member agrees to abide by the rules, regulations, and guidelines set by the Sarjan Core Committee. The committee reserves the right to modify or add to these rules at any time without prior notice.
